What are the delivery times for your products?
Important: Due to the current situation around COVID19, delivery can currently take 8-28 working days. We apologize for the inconvenience.
How much does the shipping cost?
Depending on the country, the shipping costs are stored in the ordering process. From a goods value i.H.v. We deliver 40 euros free of charge.
How long does delivery take?
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are started immediately after the order is placed.
Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund before receipt of the goods is not possible.
The delivery time is approx. 8-28 working days depending on the destination country.
Make sure all shipping information is correct. If the information is incorrect or missing, we may contact you to update delivery information, which may result in delivery delays.
Is it possible to track the delivery?
Yes, you will receive a delivery confirmation with tracking information within 2-4 working days after placing your order.
Why has my order status not changed yet?
It may be that the order has just been delivered to the logistics company and the tracking information has not yet been updated in the system. We ask for your patience.
Some items are missing from my order, what's wrong?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. For example, if it contains material from two different warehouses, then there are two deliveries. The rest of the order will surely arrive soon.
I received a damaged item. What can I do against it?
We're sorry to hear that. Send a picture of the damaged item to support@arodastockholm.com and we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
"My goods have not arrived!"
We ask for patience for a maximum of 30 working days. It is possible that your goods have not arrived for various reasons, e.g. due to customs delays or back orders.
Can I trust your company?
Our entire website works with HTTPS. We use the latest AES-256 SSL encryption for the payment process and also meet all PCI-DSS standards.
Why is the payment not working?
This can be for a number of reasons, try a different payment method.
Is return shipping covered?
In any case, we ask that you return the goods to us at your own expense. We do not bear any return costs. We also recommend choosing an insured shipping method for goods valued at 40 euros or more.
IMPORTANT: The return address on the package is the address of our logistics partner. Please DO NOT send the items back there. The return cannot be processed there. It is NOT our warehouse. For detailed information, contact support@be-smartech.de
We do our best to solve all of our customers' problems. If you still want a refund for your order, we can refund the payment if the complaint is made within 14 days of the delivery date and the products in question have not been used. In any case, the goods must be sent back to us in order to get your money back.
